| Abstract | The Archbishop of Guwahati offers us a rich reflection on the question of modern forms of atheism as mentioned in the Vatican II teaching in Gaudium et spes. The Archbishop uses contemporary studies on the secularization of society. He traces its roots and evolution to the liberal doctrines of the West and Marxist ideology, and describes its effects in Asia. Next month he will develop the theme of fundamentalism. |
