| Abstract | The author presents the issue of the intercultural dialogue from a perspective that seems to radicalize the conflict of interpretations concerning religious rights, both from a subjective and an objective point of view, in terms of juridical laws. Hence a path is offered in order to pay attention to some of the positions of the contemporary philosophy of right. This will allow an acknoledgment of the presence of a complex of laws, born from a dialogue based on the recognition and acceptance of differences. These laws highlight some common principles, possibly offering a starting point in order to structurate a juridical regulation, reduced as for the rules involved, but universal in scope. |
