| Abstract | The author presents the theme of Messianity as developed both in Christianity and in Judaism and suggests that in spite of clear differences of understanding it is a theme where a fruitful theological and practical dialogue can be initiated between the two traditions as both agree that messianity is related to the welfare of all in this world. |
