| Abstract | The author, of the Faculty of Theology, seeks to trace the ethos of religious pluralism in Hinduism. Pluralism in the Hindu scriptures and the philosophical systems has influenced contemporary Indian thinkers. It is of significance to understand the origin and development of the belief in pluralism.
