| Abstract | This article presents in a systematic way the theological fruits which John Paul II bequeathed to the Church in the area of inter-religious dialogue. Two decisive affirmations are highlighted.On the one hand, the Holy Spirit is the origin of human existential and religious questioning. On the other hand, the possibility of salvation is offered to people within the sincere practice of their own religion. The evangelising mission of the Church allows for the fulfilment in Christ of the positive value of these religions. |
