| Abstract | In the passage from modernity to post-modernity the secularization process in the West has already reached its last issues, the problem of faith proposes itself again in the form of a ?new centrality?, not ?sociological? anymore, but ?technological?, not based on christianity, but on deep radication of religious values in the believers? conscience. This return of the religious is nevertheless confronted both with the culture of indifference and a religious way of thinking which puts in the shade the specificity, and the unicity, of Jesus Christ?s figure. To propose again the centrality of Christ means putting to a crisis the false reassurances of ?religion? and suggesting, in its full dramaticity, the ?bet? of faith. |
