| Abstract | This contribution propose to develop the theme of religious freedom inside the Church life. We consider which law provisions are applied by the canonical order in the field of religious freedom concerning the church members who are subjects to rights and duties. This essay analyses some law resolutions regarding: the right-duty of all believers in observance of the Gospel Annunciation; the parents? request for Baptism and education in the catholic faith for their children; the right of baptized people to abandon the catholic church ? and its consequences; the right of the faithful to marry members of other confessions ? either Christian or non-Christian. |
