| Abstract | Signs of the times, that is to say cultural changes, have decisively acted on the interpretation of the Bible through the centuries. But this fact does not mean that biblical interpretation is subject to an instance alien to the revelation. A theologian must keep in mind that God's revelation ist prolonged in the succession of cultural phenomena. |
