| Abstract | The a. of Shoes-off Barefoot We Walk reflects on the figure of Jesus in the pluralistic context of Malaysia. He sees Jesus as coloured, barefoot and a cross-cultural bridge, the homo solidarius, and reflects the significance of these traits. In his cultural context he prefers to speak of the kin-dom rather than the kingdom of God. This article was written about a year ago. |
