| Abstract | Interreligious dialogue involves hard work on hard ground, but it also provides seed for hope. One of the most important presuppositions for success and a good harvest is knowledge of the condition of the soil. In our case, this means adequate knowledge about Islam and, above all, knowledge about the self-understanding of Muslims. |
