| Abstract | This article presents the traditional Muslim conception of the Christian belief in the Trinity through the Quranic commentary Tafsiral-Man?r (1898-1935), of the authors Muhammad Abduh MuhammadRashid Rida, important figures of the Modern Islamic reform movement.The purpose of this work is not to renew or to invite to theological discus-sions between Islamand Christianity, but rather to present the specificityand difference of apologetics of Modern times (XIX to first part of XX)compared to the past. Similarly, the change from this kind of apologeticsto interreligious dialogue in the Contemporary world is introduced as well. |
