| Abstract | A reflection on human rights is in itself a complex task not only because the Declaration of Human Rights comes from a part of humanity ? the Western one ? but because during the last half century the question has highly complicated. Laic and religious trends compete for a public space on questions of life ethics and bioethics. On this point a dialogue has been attempted with a number of thinkers of the contemporary age. |
