| Abstract | Two basic needs are common in development processes: the first is personal and community identities defence and promotion and the second is the quest for a social cohesion capable of respecting and interacting with diversity. Meeting the ?Other? lets us discover new cultures, new ways of live, thought, and builds a feeling of belonging to mankind. Migrations constitute a structural dimension of our society that must equip both for integration and international cooperation policies. Thanks to the latter, migrants, due to their double belonging, may act as strategic resources feeding an active dialogue and promoting cooperation project between countries of origin and welcoming ones. |
