| Abstract | The current interest for Islam is in great part due to the phenomena of terrorism present in the world because of complex socio-political situations that as it happens and as it often happens in history, religion is used for non religious purposes.In this way we arrive at indebted generalizations and incorrect conclusions losing sight of the profound message of these great religious traditions. This study purports to present the perennial religious nucleus of Islam to which all Muslims refer and to put it in comparison with Christianity. |
