| Abstract | In analyzing the "pluralistic theology of religions" and the declaration "Dominus Iesus", the author outlines a concept of non-Christian religions which makes it necessary to take the dialogue with them seriously as a way of investigating truths. Non-Christian religions are to be acknowledged as possible external prophecies. Becoming familiar with them means being able to achieve a more authentic understanding of one's own traditions of faith. |
