| Abstract | An essay is presented on new evangelization in Asia. It offers a historical background of the conflicts from differing religious traditions and explores the necessity of forging an understanding among peoples of different faiths through inter-religious dialogue. It discusses difficulties of the concept and possible future directions of inter-religious dialogue. |
